After I delivered the Dwemer Puzzle box to Haspahat he gave me a letter of introduction to someone exploring a Dwemer site. But he doesn't say where it is. I have tried to find out from other people, but no help. Does anyone know where it is?

I'm not sure specificly which one it is, but this should help narrow it down for you. Look on your paper map, in the south east part of Morrowind, the Molag Amur region... there are three major Dwemer ruins there, two North West of of the Erabenimsun camp and close to Uvirith's Grave, and one South West of the Camp... I believe ones these is the ruins you're searching for.

It's marked on your map, and should be easy enough to find... IIRC, Nchuleftingth is just Southwest of Erabunimsun Camp and East of a Velothi tower.

the one you'd be searching for is neuclethleft(spelling)
you can find it by going up the river thats beside suran and then goes east. so basically its north east from suran.

The best way to find a place on Morrowind is to use an interactive map. Now when UESP's online map is gone there are still some places you can download this beatiful piece of programming. Try here. Find download section and save 'Morrowind map programm' to your local HDD. Unzip it, install and doubleclick on 'Tes-map.exe'
