Actually, Ub3rman, you don't realize how difficult you've made this for me! Everything looks perfect no matter how much I try to screw it up!
Really, the landscape works so perfectly with the atmosphere. I'm pretty sure that I'm actually starting to be driven insane.
I saw a guy following me (in game) 3 times! And there's no NPCs in the whole worldspace!
And I saw him in the Construction Set once! I'm a little freaked out, to be honest.
(The above is only half joking. I seriously saw it in the Construction Set, but it was probably an optical illusion... I hope.)
Any way I've got two things decided:
Obed Marsh has a galley (which they use to take the sacrifices to the reef):
And Zadok Allen has claimed and barricaded himself in a small island that he lived in as a child before Obediah Marsh came:
All the island is heavily barricaded:
His parent's graves and the bonfire he keeps burning since Deep Ones seem to have a strange aversion to fire (roasted fish and all that, might have been a cousin):
His shelter in the remains of his old home:
His shrine to Mara and the last remaining copy of 'The Ten Commandments of the Divines' which he's hidden under the floor to keep the Dagon worshipers from burning it.
Zadok himself, working hard to forget:

Man, if I ever get around to playing that mod, of course the first thing I'll do is collect up all those bottles and add 'em to my collection. I'm stashing a ton of those on top of the entrance of the upper floor on Rosethorn Manor.
As for the phantom NPC, it might be left over from the old ROO thing.. But I never added any NPCs to Shade Perilous, only to Hircine's Hunting Grounds.

I think I'm hallucinating the phantom NPC, probably just a rock or something. I did find a mysterious wood column next to a tree though. I think I did that, maybe. But if the phantom I was seeing was a remnant I would have been able to see it in the list when I was in the construction set. Probably just imagining it.
But if I'm not and I post something here and go to the construction set and a NPC's face is suddenly right against the screen I will literally post an entire page of screaming in this thread.
@Alonso
Yeah, but what you don't see if the knife under his pillow. I'm going very much with the idea that Zadok is smart. When surrounded by killer fish-thingys, you don't incapacitate yourself willingly.

Fish/frog thingies like this:
I'd love to find a use for the killer whale, but I don't see exactly how it would fit in.
It's a little too natural, and Lovecraftian monsters are really supposed to look like they don't belong in any universe.
The killer whale you made is still unbelievably awesome though.

Makes me now think maybe I should have hidden a few things in the area to see what you do when a screaming NPC jumps out at you from the water.

Ub3rman, would there be any reason for alchemy equipment to be lying around? I didn't put it there.

This is the third one I've found.
