So the sword is actually flaming? In all the pictures I've seen of it (The corpse and the battle between the Horus and the Emperor), it's been a different sword, and neither was on fire. If I recall correctly, one of them was made of gold, rather than shiny silver-colored metal. Ooh, if I make this, maybe I can actually apply that ultra-shiny thing on purpose!

If I do make it, I'll have to inquire with UK47 about the method to attach it.

I probably have too many things to do already, but I really want to show off the ultra-gloss thing.

Okay, after cropping that picture so I don't have to stare at the creepy corpse, I've examined the sword. I could probably craft the hilt from that of the Madness Claymore, and the wings and such I'll make myself, along with the blade.

Pretty sure it's on fire when the Emperor's battling Horus.

Besides, isn't it the sort of sword that should be on fire?

And, are youse offering, 'cause I'dbe jumping up and down with the glee of glees!

Yes. Yes I am offering. I'll need to figure out how to carve weapons out in Blender. And stop playing Minecraft.

Of course it has flames. Flames are cool. Hope this gets done, although Chuck Norris is more bad-ass :whistling:

Pffft. Chuch Norris is a Dominionist wimp. A lame load of fail. He is not worthy of the Emprah.

Okay, I've done a bit more research into it, and the sword seems to change consistency. How about I make 4 versions of it, 2 one-handed and 2 two-handed, and each one has either a gold flaming blade or the shiny non-flaming silver blade?

And according to the images, the thing doesn't have a scabbard. Probably a good idea when the sword is on fire.

That sounds pretty darn epid, mah man!

Except... ai wants a burning silver blade! Waaahhhh.

Ah, well, we, as the philosopher Jagger said, don't always get what we want.

Also, to everyone who voted for Chcuk Norris, I am ashamed of you.

Well, adding the flame is the hard part. Recoloring it is just a few clicks. I'm having problems trying to get the hilt right. Can you find some good images of the thing between the guard's wings?

I've got a few pictures, none of them good, and all varying.

I suppose you could base the crosspiece off of Nexon's sword. It's not the Emprah's, but the skull and eagle thing is sorta the same...

Or there's this: http://media.photobu...5d5edc3.jpg?o=3

However, this picture: http://media.photobu...353243.jpg?o=38 is awesome. Very Napoleanic.
