After searching for a while I have failed to find a solution to my error. Perhaps a kind soul can help.

When I run the PatchusMaximus I quickly get the message:

"There was an error exporting the custom patch.
(Files\tmp.esp (The system cannot find the path specified))"

Followed by:

"The application couldn't open the save file output stream. Your settings were not saved."

If it is relevant, I am running Win7 x64 .

Sounds like a permission settings problem.

You don't happen to have them installed in either of the C:/program files*/ directories do you?

I have things installed to C:\Games (UAC is the bane of my existence)
I thought it might have been a permissions issue so I tried elevating permissions to full across the board for the root folder, but no dice there.

Seems the Mastery Skills "Skilled Shot" and "Combat Sense" Do not reset after resting. I even get the rested bonus but the skills are still locked out and tell me to rest to use the power.

My dexterity is improving but wayfarer is not...unless I console command it to level, but on its own it does not level.

Here is a small bug i dont know if it was supposed to be like this or not but i can not temper with enchanted equipment, it says i dont have the appropriate perk but there is no perk for it (like arcane smithing or something like that).

A bug I noticed is that NPCs won't use some weapons, like katars or claws. The prodigy perks might miss one of the perks they give. Snakey keeps stealing my sweetrolls.

Magic-related: Some spells, like the apprentice one that deals fire, frost and shock damage, keep doing noise even after you stop using them. Snakey keeps stealing my sweetrolls.

If u attack a dead body in sneak mode with magic skills u up sneak ability :o i forget check with melee/range weapons
