Not sure you guys found it but there is a patch to move that from illusion back to sneak. All you need to do is have it in the load order after thief esp.

You misunderstood it i think.
Reflect from Mirror Polish still lets you take damage. First part reduces magical damage taken without shield, the reflection part needs shield equipped.
Spell resistance while blocking without perks:
Without shield: 0%
With Light Shield: 50%
With Heavy Shield: 25%
Spell resistance while blocking at max perks:
Without Shield: 50%
With Light Shield: 60% + 60% of original damage (before reduction) is reflected back. You still take 40% of original damage
With Heavy Shield: 35% +35% of original damage (before reduction) is reflected back You still take 65% of original damage

Concussion/Bulwark thing (i renamed it later, but forgot to change both documents): If i understood correctly, you want to switch it with Mirror Polish. I think it's not a good thing because:
1. Concussion works very well with both Riposte and Sword and Board. Riposte increases your next bash damage, so it's obvious you'll be bashing. With this bash you reduce enemy's damage with his next action, allowing you to destroy his face more without worrying about blocking. With Sword and Board its similar, it allows you to regenerate more stamina with basic attacks without having to block for a while.

Problem is, getting both Sword and Board and Mirror polish without high commitment (mastery) would be very strong as it would basically reduce incoming spell damage to zero while punishing enemy. You see, it's very powerful combination and only thing that restricts it are high requirements and mastery.

I'll just assume no one else has said this yet, it would be nice to have some way to tell what type of damage each weapon does in game. For the longest time, I was using a claw as a bladed weapon, (so all my light weapon perks were useless because I was supposed to be using a bladed weapon...)

If you care at all, I can suggest a few things to fix this, custom animations for certain weapons (or better yet, something that doesn't sound like a sword getting sheathed and un-sheaved when using something small as a claw). Honestly, most of the weapons fit to what they show in game, a claw looks like a long blade made for slashing (if not stabbing), I'm not sure about the wakizashi (in real life, I don't see any stabbing in it (or trusting) which I could assume as piercing).

So most of the weapon are great, good models, still could use some work (such as matching the name of the weapon with its actual model in menus). Well, guess this isn't much of a idea now and more like a complaint list, hen, sorry. I know some coding, but nothing directly relating to modding or editing game files. However, I will note this now, I can assume why certain weapons are slightly outplace for damage types, (slashing, piercing, blunt) due to balancing out weapons that are added. I like to look for realistic (or at least plausible out of my video games) things when playing games / modding. I am in no way, complaining about this, your mod is incredible, I'm sure this will be a great addition to any game.

***

Just so everything is clear what I have tried and not, is below those three stars. Nothing else is needed below this, I promise you all.

I have done one game with the mod installed. I have spent perks in the archery, dexterity, and light weapons (for the claw of course). So the build looked something like a all around stealthy character that occasionally robbed someone blind. I was planning on using more shouts and alchemy, but I need perks.

I have a few mods that do add a way to gain certain bonuses, but at the time of writing of this I have no access to any of them yet. So far, its been a almost pure Perkus Maxinmus game.

So far I've noticed that heavy armour seems completely overpowered. While I understand it is supposed to be the best in damage reduction (and rightly so), once you take some of the later perks, it basically makes you (and enemies that have the same perks) unstoppable. A perk removing all armour reduction perks does two things that, in my humble opinion, are really bad for design. One, it makes variety in weapons obsolete. Two, it makes taking those perks that give armour reduction, a complete waste. I haven't yet had a chance to extensively test things yet, but this is what I have experienced and seen thus far.

How does PaMa property weight weapons of different material? The Weapons.xml file doesn't list a weight modifier for different material types, but Steel daggers still weigh more than Iron daggers, Dwarven daggers still weigh more than Steel daggers, and so on. Where is this coming from? I know those are vanilla weapons that were not added in PerMa but the same thing applies to Spiked Maces, Nodachis, Wakizashis, and everything else.

There is that and also a lot of ability are weird. slowing time with heavy armor doesn't make sense, when time is slowed you move faster than your opponents, which means that with this perk, light armor isn't usefull anymore (you are faster in heavy than light armor).
There is also the perk that allow you to bump people around while running. It's insanely op, with very few stamina you have unlimited unrelenting force.

Just a crazy thought about how a trainer for wayfarer, as far as I have seen check the pickpocket and sneak and still can't find one that will train up wayfarer.
