Dont know if it has already been reported but Hunting in Skyrim - No Perks, gives me a NUllPointer error every time I try to create the patch.

I had this problem too.
Make a save with the Predator disabled, then reload it again with the mod on.
Basically reinstall the whole thing

Dunno if it's just me, but Realistic needs and diseases doesn't let the patch progress through Alchemy.
Adding the mod to the block list worked for me (and all the plugins). Anyone else can confirm this?

Realistic Needs and Diseases works just fine for me.  No errors in Patchus Maximus.

I kept getting a nullPointrException error. After going through each of my mods until I found the culprit for me. Turned out it was Ravens Rest Memorial, http://www.nexusmods...m/mods/50477/?. Added to blocklist, everything patched just fine after that. Not sure why this would conflict, couldn't find anything obvious in TesEdit. But for some reason patcher didn't like it.

The patcher apparently thinks the Dragonslayer from (http://www.nexusmods...rim/mods/3143/?) is a dagger and nerfs it to the ground so you end up with a greatsword at 1 damage with a weight of around 30 I think it was.
