You dont have Perkus Maximus installed in this load order. You also have 2 Better Vampires, which some people get from installing PCaPP while not knowing that they are supposed to pick the Better Vampire version which they were already using, and only use one. But I dont see PCaPP installed here either. I'm sorry, this doesnt make sense. Cannot troubleshoot the load order if it is not complete. Please place load orders on a site like pastebin and add the link in the forums to keep in condensed and easier to navigate through.

Confirming that Undeath by Antioch08 currently triggers a NullPointerException. Given that it messes up at Staff and Scroll spell distributions, I'm assuming PaMa tries to turn the Lich spells into those, and that makes it act funny.

I am really hyped for this mod and have been trying to get it to work for a while... I thought I got everything working but when I click new game I get the loading screen and it just seems to stay there. If I alt tab out it crashes. Been stuck trying to get it to work for so long I just thought I would ask for help. here is my load order:
