I'll contest that, my GF signed up here only cause she needed a account but she plays Oblivion, just not addictively. What I've seen is women tend to avoid actually discussing things in gaming forums unless they feel they have something to contribute or are contributing something into the modding community. In Laymens terms, they're shy.

Majority would be true, but I stopped being shy in video game things when some guy said girls can't play in a Battlefield 1942 online game I was playing.. (He died soon after)
