This question probably has a really simple answer, but how do I get my downloads to ask me the usual questions of open, open folder, and close when its finished. It stopped doing that for some reason and I have to manually go in and find the download and I'm lazy lol. Please help.

EDIT: I found it and I can honestly say I've never felt dumber lol.
