Hostility Bug

So I've come across a bug or possibly two. The most irritating is that Draugr no longer seem to be able to wake up without being hit. I've tried looking this up elsewhere and only found one other posting of such a problem, but it isn't the same, as in his/her case the Draugr will not fight after being awoken but in my case they will. The second possible bug is that almost all enemies will forget I am there in the middle of combat, and after a sneak attack they will often only search for as long as it takes to draw their weapons halfway, then returning them to sheathed and acting like nothing happened. I don't know if the two are related, as the first issue with the Draugr is very recent, and the other has been around for a long while now. I thought it might be a mod-related issue but I can't seem to pin it down, as my only new additions are ASIS, PerMa and Resplendent Races of Skyrim. I know ASIS can affect AI but I don't think I activated that part of it.

Here's my LOOT order thing (I think) : Nevermind, spoiler doesn't seem to want to cooperate :/

Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm kind of at a standstill right now since the Dragonstone is currently unobtainable without console commands.

I've looked around and my draugr problem isn't a hostility thing but something to do with their scripts that activate their waking up. Would anyone happen to know what this/these script(s) are so I could look for a cause?

Edit: Something else I just noticed, after trying to make a new character and running through Bleak Falls Barrow to see if it was just the one save that was messed up, I noticed the Wounded Frostbite Spider doesn't descend like it should either. Does it share the same script with the awaking/entombed Draugr?

I had a similar problem the "they will often only search for as long as it takes to draw their weapons halfway, then returning them to sheathed and acting like nothing happened" was followed for me with enemies returning to 100% health.

It's happened to me with two completely different playthroughs on two different set-ups but both times updating USKP caused the bug. The only way to fix it was to re-install the older USKP and return to the save I made before updating. This only happened after the last 3 updates of the patch (after June 2014). Previous updates went fine.

I was putting this down to issue with USKP (the unofficial skyrim patch) with trying to upgrade it. I have 7 or 8 other mods that rely on it (the other patches, bring out your dead and SkyTEST, along with alternate start mods). If you have any of these mods and tried updating USKP then I would put it down to this.

Hmm the only thing I've had happen like that is when I would brawl someone. Once they get about 50% health they will leave combat for about .5 sec then be back at full health and fighting me again. Thank you for the suggestion, but I don't believe I have touched USKP for a while. I know it worked correctly in a previous setup with SkyRe before PerMa was released, as I ran through Bleak Falls with no odd occurances. Someone else on the PerMa posts is having a similar issue and thinks it might be an incompatibility with ASIS and PerMa, though they are supposed to be compatible. I guess I will wait for a verdict on that, but thank you once again for the suggestion.
