I found the trap door, once inside she caught me and she got disappointed .. then disappears? Is this a part of quest progress? or some sort of bad ending or quest fail?

About trap doors look at floor right after you exit the room.
But I suggest waiting till 2:00 near Augusta Desk..Claudia will lead you right to the shrine ^^

About Rock, you need to wait till 10:00 and then use it animations should start if you get crash to deskop, you need to start new game (which is recommended )

Yep you got spotted so this is like you said bad ending.
You cant continue quest anymore, only solution is to uncheck Vtoy.esp load game save> check Vtoy again

First off, thanks for the reply, must be some work replying to everyone.
But I think you misunderstood me. I only get a crash when i start with Shivering isle (not this mod, just SI in general) When using vanilla it works fine.

Ive been looking all around the floor for the trapdoor (as you said in previous replys, i do read em ) but cant seem to find it all. Claudia doesnt move either, im waiting right next to her desk, almost in front of her and both 2 AM/PM without anything happening.

The rock at 10 AM/PM isnt working either. Like i said, it must be shivering isle missing ^^

restarted it still no trap door, went through quest anyway, got back from Lisbeth, 2 find Claudia dead and Augusta asleep in her bed guess they had a tiff lol.
1 question, in picked up 1 of the toys the women have on them is it ment 2 say WHF! missing mesh cause i have put everything in?

But odd thing that your game crash while using SI O.o
You should write to Bethesda and complain

If you find Claudia dead you need to load save game and she will be alive ( only saw that once )

About trap..well you wont be able to see it untill you give spot remover to Augusta.
and like I said before wait till 2:00 near desk Claudia will lead you to trap

About picking up toys no idea..seems like Grumpf dont like when you steal toys from his girls

Could you be more specific ?
What's not working Quest or mod at all ?

Remember you need Shivering Island + Oblivion Mod Manger + Obse 0018 to launch mod.
