Sleep 'no more than 1hr at a time', and in a new game with a newly created player character. read the manual. if you have slep in a bed for a long time you are probably better off moving to another hotel or inn and hiring a room.

So yeah... I slept in a bed (not in a hotel) Just a bed out in the world, for 3 hours. and Now I am stuck in this room with the Mysterious Girl, already went through the annoying button pressing gauntlet 3 times and waiting, the first 2 times, the first time I said that it looked misaligned an it just restarted it, the second time i said it was interesting or w/e, and then the 3rd time, this is where I am now, I can not get the "Ehm, Hello?" again in dialogue, I am just stuck with my only option being asking her about the grey fox, so now I am stuck in this room. :/ I am using CLS Gold. not the beta (as far as i know).

NPC dialogue has no sound to it. I am running the Gold Edition btw.

i have hit a simmilure snag at the hunters lodge for a sub quest,could you please eladorate a little more on how one might go back in days?if it's all the same could i go foreword in days to try and fix this problume?

CLS and gold is code based and the events trigger when the code evecutes an event trigger inthe game, and the advance is linear. You cannot simply go forward in the story. If the code stalls the only way forward, is to go back to a previous good save game and play the sequence again.
Save regularly in your game play - when replaying a sequence save before a cut scene is due to play. This will help refresh memory and possibly allow cut scenes to complete.
I do not have the CLS game installed, my old test bosx has died - so Tallal is probablely the only person still working with CLS, and able to look at playing problems you are experiencing. the rest of the support team has moved on to other things and the necessities of getting on with real life.
But befroe CLS can be played th egame needs to installed properly as per the instructions -OBSE version 0020 is essential to support the game code. CLS will not work without it being installed.
MainRuntime has the OBSE drivers for:
ELS Silent Voice (the screen based dialogue scripts) -
Soundcommands.dll the OBSE utilliy that drives the CLS custom music
The custom skeletons NIF files to support the advance animations of CLS.
a copy of Windom Earls Oblivion Crash Prevention System (WEOCPS) is also in the archive to help circumvent known problems in the Oblivion code.
Adding the MainRuntime support to a CLS installaton is essential to completing the installation and OBSE Support.

Purge Cell Buffers by Quarn (it flushes and cleans memory buffers)

A simply little mod that will purge the cell buffers, and what does purging the cell buffers mean? It means cleaning out all the cached data that is no longer being used, after playing the game for a long time a lot of useless stuff can build up in the cell buffers lowering you're performance and when using texture packs for example Qarl's Texture Pack the cell buffers can fill up quite fast lowering you're performance. AND Crash Oblivion to the Desktop and or more commonly flashing Oblivion screens when the Graphic User interface (GUI) runs out of memory to continue running.

Until then, consider using ConScribe to trap the scripts as the execute and more importantly at the point they stopped working
