Skyrim crashes as soon as launched - NOT DUE TO LOAD ORDER

Today, I was fiddling with my Skyrim and was trying to get Familiar Faces to work with Enhanced Character Edit. After using ECE for a long time, I uninstalled it, then installed Racemenu, and then installed ECE again (The way the Familiar Faces author suggests allowing compatability). This is when problems started - Skyirm now launches, shows half a second of the Bethesda logo, then crashes to the desktop.

I plugged in the Papyrus Logger, and it reported back with this:

[11/24/2014 - 10:28:29PM] Papyrus log opened (PC)
[11/24/2014 - 10:28:29PM] error: Native function GetUseSound in empty state does not match existing signature on linked type Potion. Function will not be bound.
[11/24/2014 - 10:28:29PM] Update budget: 1.200000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 1.200000ms, Load screen budget: 500.000000ms)
[11/24/2014 - 10:28:29PM] Memory page: 100000 (min) 5000000 (max) 1800000000 (max total)
[11/24/2014 - 10:28:29PM] Cannot open store for class "xflscript", missing file?

I have uninstalled both Racemenu and ECE, tried it with ECE alone, Racemenu alone, with niether installed... no matter what I try, the game continues to crash on start up. I have ran LOOT and double checked my load order and it persits. Both ECE and Racemenu are the only newly added mods in a few days, and the game has worked fine beforehand.

If anyone has any idea about how to fix this, I appreciate any advice. I barely have the time to play Skyrim as it is, and I really don't have the time to uninstall/reinstall 50GB of mods on a vanilla Skyrim.

FF is an SKSE mod that makes use of a sort of SKSE save.

Mods like HDT High Heels for instance keep a save file that keeps track of the new player height data.

When you load up your game, SKSE loads up this save and the contents of which effect your character in various ways.

Now I don't think it should crash your game and Im certain there are safe guards in place to prevent this sort of circumstance but...

FF will have its own SKSE save that you might have imprented that certain mods should in fact be there. Off hand I think the author put safe guards in so my best bet is that it might be corrupted.

Unless maybe you forgot that you tried some other mod I mean we all do that.

I don't have ECE or FF on the computer right now. I took a look through Racemenu zip real quick and I didn't see anything in there that could prevent a person from getting to the menu screen if in fact it was missing.

So something more plausible would be... There are a number of extra plugins for Racemenu that I know of like Overlays. Are they still in your load order. Perhaps ECE has some extras as well. Take another look though and this is likely what the ctd at start up is.

Those are insane values and are doing nothing to "help" your game. In fact, you're trying to allocate 1.8GB of memory for Papyrus stack frames, NOT Skyrim addressable memory. This is an OLD and BROKEN tweak.

Not saying its the cause of your current issue, but its certainly not helping anything. I would put the [Papyrus] block in skyrim.ini back to vanilla. Here's a description of the [Papyrus] ini values. If you feel the settings MUST be tweaked, just double the defaults.
