HELP! CTD When starting a new game.

I did a fresh install of Skyrim, deleted every possible file you could think of, ran CCleaner, double checked areas. Then I reinstalled, verified integrity of game cache on steam, installed like 40 mods and it launches great no errors, but when I try to start a brand new game, it crashes to the desktop after like 10 seconds of loading, I used LOOT to sort load order and it got just like 5 messages about dirty edits but I never had problems with those before. Here is my load order/mod list:

Did you delete the old INI files in the Saved Games/Skyrim folder and let the game create new ones?

A crash when loading the game is usually caused by a missing master file. Deleted records can also cause a crash if other mods try to reference those same records. I see you have a Bashed Patch so look for a mod with a red checkbox on the Wrye Bash Mods tab. You should also get TES5Edit and clean those dirty mods. ITM (Identical To Master) records won't cause a crash but deleted records can. The deleted records are identified as UDR (Undelete and Disable Reference) which describes what TES5Edit will do to fix the problem.

I looked at my save folder and theres nothing there, and I looked at tutorials on TES5Edit and I am clueless. And there are no red boxes on Wyre Bash.

Try to uncheck your mods and see what happens.

I know it sounds simple,But its always a good way finding out if ctd is caused by mods or not.

you should also download the unofficial patches for,Dawnguard,Hearthfire,Dragonborne and the highrestexturepacks

Are there any messages in Loot about missing patches,Or other conflicts ??

This has worked for me every time I get a CTD upon starting up, and every time it was due to missing dependents. Before Mod Organizer it's the best way I've found to isolate problematic mods.
