The ENBpalette shader is superb in the light but it makes the game unplayable indoors or at night. Even night eye at 100 can't break through the darkness. If anyone know2s how to fix this then please tell me.

You could try to remove some of the black parts of the palette texture and add some dark grey parts or you could very slightly brighten up the whole texture. Be sure to make a backup though as it's VERY tricky to get a perfect palette texture.

You'll get the best result if you use Curves in Gimp (colours tab). Just lift the left bottom end by steps of 5 (ever so slightly), and you should finally reach the one that fits best.
Tweaking Brightness is easier, but it will also blow up your bright parts, while you say that you're happy with what it looks like in the light.
