Messed up player/character textures

So apparently, my Fallout 3 crashed and after that every character texture got messed up. I deinstalled all my mods and that didn't seem to fix it. I also tried resetting ArchiveInvalidation and that didn't work either. I'm going to reinstall Fallout but as a last resort, so I thought I'd jump in the forums in case someone could help.


This is what it looks like. The texture just flops around.
