You might as well be on your laptop (except the new PC has a faster CPU, hopefully). Without a trip over to your house I've exhausted about all I can do.

 

Not sure what's available for you in your area ... around here we have a GeeKSquad that will come around for a price. You could try something like that or drop around at your local computer store/Future Shop/Best Buy ... somewhere with a computer repair department. If you do take it in somewhere bring your motherboard manual along. They'll be more familiar with Win 8 as well. I think it's got something to do with why you can't get into the BIOS.

Okay, thank you. I sent an email to the support for my computer, hopefully they'll respond within the next few days. Thank you so much for all your help. I'll post again when I get an update.
