[Mysticslay]

I bought Hjerim after completing the necessary stormcloak quest and I fully furnished it except when I try to add the children's room the guy says OK it will be done but nothing happens, he doesn't take my money and the house doesn't get furnished.

I tried removing the unofficial Hearthfires patch but that removes the option entirely

I don't really want to disable Hearthfires because that will break a few mods I have active.

I am using Mod Organizer to load the game and manage my mods (If this makes a difference)

I found out this isn't just trying to buy things to decorate my room it's also when I try to buy ANYTHING from a dialogue menu like hiring a follower
