Ox doesn't have a personal quest yet and I don't think I set him to be automatically friendly, so I think he can only stay as an acquaintance for now.

After you enter the alienage and do the slavers quest line, you can talk to Soris about Valora. A map pin should open somewhere on the map. It's been so long since I've tested that quest that I can't quite remember what the pin is called. But if it doesn't open, there is a console command that will open it.

Hey there! I was trying this mod (I'm actually addicted to it, now), and, well, even though I've followed all the instructions in the Readme file, there's still one kind of unknown reason why I cannot enter the Lab while trying to help that elven little guy. Must it be done in any specific moment of something? It might be because my journal never updated about it after I spoke to the dwarven lady... Any thoughts on that matter, pretty please?

This is a great mod, but I was wondering something, do the new characters actually have voice overs or is it just text? I'm not sure if I installed it wrong or something, it's entirely possible since I haven't done much modding for DA.

You need to first go to Gwaren and complete most of the cure stuff, then speak to Adela about going to Orzammar. I had trouble as well.

As mentioned in the readme, none of the companions are voiced currently. Unless you install the Ser Gilmore NPC mod from Immortality none of your companions are voiced.

Hey there and thanks for the answer. I'm afraid that's not the problem; I did that stuff earlier, I only miss two devilish ingredients to make the cure. 'Twas mere curiosity to know it I must wait until a determinate moment in the story, like... y'know, after finishing the fourth plot thing or something.

I am experiencing an issue when I enter Redcliffe castle and first happen upon Jowan. Instead of the initial cutscene happening, it automatically recruits Jowan and then doesn't allow me the proceed any further in the quest. I have scoured several comments threads as well as the ReadMe on this site. I've looked over my list of mods that I've installed and I can't find any that are incompatible with this particular file. Aside from the BugFixes v4-2 and the main files for Karmas Companions, the mods I've installed are:

-Companion Compatibility Core
-Dialogue Tweaks v.93a
-Of Noble Cast
-Ser Gilmore Joinable NPC (Origins and Awakening)
-The Phoenix Armory
-Zev's Earring

Anyone else having this issue or have any advice about what to try next? At this point-much as I enjoy the mod-I may have to rip the mod out and restart my games.

This is a documented glitch. You will get two Jowans, feel free to hire or fire him. However it does have the issue of not letting the skeletons spawn so you can get up the stairs, you need to activate the "runscript zz_jump around" script to progress, but it's no huge deal.

Nope, just a progression of his quest, there is no waiting once you've filled the requirements.
