So i've looked through the forums for previous people. I tried running LOOT to organize the load order. i tried resetting AFT to see if that would fix anything. I made sure i had no other mods similar to AFT but i am still limited to 2 followers and when inviting more it shows how many follower slots i have left in the top left corner BUT they do not follow.

Is there any other methods i can try to fix this? I thought the patches in the misc section of the downloads might fix this but it has not.

Also when uninstalling AFT skyrim crashes before it starts up Any ideas what could becausing this?

If that Follower that wont join is from the Interesting NPC (iNPC) MOD - You will need the AFT-iNPC Patch here in AFT Files.

Otherwise, do you or have you had another Follower Management MOD in your Load Order?
