hey, I'll get right to the point here. I downloaded this mod: http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/16103/?, installed and used it without any problems. everything was awesome, until I sat down on a bench. character does this strange animation while he is sitting, I believe that this may cause the bug. from the moment I sat there, my armor looks a bit wrong... see for yourself.

especially the right spaulder seems to be repositioned, it doesn't look good. I reinstalled the mod, even the whole game, started a new save, nothing is helping. if anyone can help me, I'll be grateful.

Well uh it was made in 2012,

More than that uh your probably using stuff that alters the stance like a Skeleton Replacer.  So I'm going to lay these other ideas out there that could cause an issue.

What if it was in fact never fully resolved issue back in the day?

What if in fact this was working then in that mod environment but bound to fail with the mods that we put in today at the tail end of 2014?

What I'm getting to is in fact you may be using up a lot of time to get an old mod working that may in fact require some special reworking of the meshes weights in a program like outfit studio or perhaps 3DS Max.

Sorry dude just calling it for how I see it.  Its a small issue that I wouldn't have re-installed the whole game to resolve.

yes I know it's small, it's just that this armor set was so awesome... thank you for your reply. I don't use Skeleton Replacer or anything like that I believe, I don't even know what it is. but you're propably right about possible incompatibility with other mods. unfortunately I don't have the skills to update it or something, but I found out that this set has a cloak which covers back nicely and the bungle is barely visible. so maybe it was meant to be that way after all... now I know nothing.
