Hi There

Im new to the whole modding community in skyrim. i just wanted to install and play some skyrim mods. I installed skyrim on my partition G: So i have the custom installation path G:Programs\Steam\Steamapps\common\skyrim

Now i read in the wiki, that if i didn't install it in C:\Games\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim  then i have THREE OPTIONS before installing mods: (http://wiki.tesnexus...all_Skyrim_mods) Does that mean i have to do ALL of the 3 mentioned points or just one of them? (i just went for Nr. 1. Running skyrim as administrator.)

I wanted to make sure i dont f*** it up at the beginning ;)

Thanks for your help

Read that again...

If you have installed Steam into your program files folder (which is not recommended) you have three options before you begin modding Skyrim:

Since you did NOT install to a protected folder , (c:programfiles (x86), then you don't have to do a thing.

Mod away.....:)

Mine is in E:\Games\Steam  - I have used this on several computers with never a problem.
