When I start my FOMM, it asks me if I want to load Fallout 3 or Fallout New Vegas, I chose New Vegas. When it's loaded up, for some reason instead of my Fallout: NV mods being there, there are my Skyrim mods. What do i do to fix this?

C:\users\(username)\apps\FalloutNV\ delete the (Plugins.fnvviewsettings) and run the games main launcher, it will re-write the registry keys that are missing and recreate that file, now run fomm again....it should pick up the correct directory...unless you accidentally install both games into the same place?
