These are the main ones that she repeats. First one it's like she'll put up her fists, the second one acting surprised. I figure it has to be mod-related as she was normal during my console playthrough.

Edit: I should mention that she immediately goes from the first animation to the second, then she repeats the weight shifting until doing those other animations again.

Edit 2: After removing Dual Sheath Redux, she only repeats it at the end of a dialogue, but now she's doing this one a lot more. http://imgur.com/a/gJypN It's like the laughing animation. She still doesn't cross her arms at all or place her hands on her hip, which she's supposed to.

Edit 3: Also forgot to mention that I tried uninstalling FNIS, XP32 Skeleton, Dance of Death and Immersive Animations and this bug is still happening. Also tried verifying game cache.

 

Edit 3: This is definitely something going on with my save because I loaded the save I copied over from my Xbox and started talking to Serana and all of her animations are normal.

No, these animations are built-in to the Dawnguard character. It comes from vanilla to her, same as different type of animations come to her parents. Each of these characters has different one if you pay attention and you can not change it.

The animations themselves aren't the problem. It's the fact that she keeps repeating them endlessly at inappropriate times. It's a little immersion-breaking for her to keep throwing up her fists and acting surprised when she's talking about something normal.

Use this video for example: She's acting normal here. I've also noticed from watching these that she doesn't do any of her normal animations in my game, like the one in that video. She never crosses her arms in dialogue either which is supposed to happen.

Yeah, she does throw them at any ocassion, but I dount there is solution for that. True, her parents use these animation in correct for them time, but maybe that's because they are NOT followers after all. They're built to the specific location with specific requirements.

The videos I posted clearly show different behavior than what I'm describing. I had her as a follower for a year on my old playthrough, so I think I know what I'm talking about.
