I would like someone to create a multiplayer mod for fallout new vegas. I would prefer that the players create the server, and have working mod support. I don't know if this is even possible, but i would appreciate it, and I would be willing to talk about paying for it. If you believe you can make this mod, email me.

There's VaultMP, but I heard support for New Vegas was discontinued.

This is not something that your average modder will be able to make. Hell, I've got a degree in computer science and even I wouldn't know where to start. The amount of issues that you have to deal with to make something like this worthwhile is like opening up the proverbial can of worms and discovering... something else entirely.

Also, you're not allowed to use promises of payment to incentivize modders to take up requests. You need to read through the terms of service.

I had a title once, but I forgot what it was.

It's been tried - this is not something that can be done with the Gambryo engine. You will need a complete remake using some other engine - like what was done to make TesOnline.

This is not something that can be done for $20 or $30 dollars - just to start would take a dozen programmers and the support people - then cost around 3 million and take several years. Then you run into copyright problems as Bethesda/Zenimax owns all of the copyrights you would need and would sue because it would be taking away from their own multi-player TesOnline.

And, charging or paying for a mod is a violation of the Bethesda TOS that you agreed to.

i apologize about breaking the rules i haven't read them recently and didn't check. There probably is a way to get multiplayer on it, but it would be seriously expensive probably.
