Hey guys, pretty new to modding New Vegas so if this is a hyper noob question, please forgive me.

I noticed on a few screenshots people had a race mod (say Scarred Race) with a hair pack. However, when I install them, they are seperate - as in, only the 4 vanilla races have the new hairs, and the new race does not.

How can I make a new race utilize the hairs from a hair mod?
