Before I've posted this, I tried to search for a solution for my problem but, unfortunately, I found none.

I've also notice that in the Sculpt Tab of the "RaceMenu" Mod. It is also there

 

 

I've tried fixes similar to this but I still can't fix it.

Solved! It's the eyebrows that is causing the problem. I don't know which mod has it.
If someone is having the same problem like this. Try removing the replacing or removing the eyebrows texture.
