I'd like to combine the Amulet of Articulation with the teal (or all colors, why not?) Temptress choker, found here in your game's files:

I would do it myself, but I cannot seem to find the AoA with my BSA browser. To bad it doesn't have a control-f option or good categories, but it's the best browser I've found so far. If anyone would like to do it or even just find the amulet's .nif files for me, I'd be more than happy! Though, I've never mashed two things together in NifSkope, so that should be fun.
