If you've played Diablo III, you probably know what I'm talking about, a chance to encounter enemies with Diablo-like effects and ranks.
If you haven't played Diablo (like me actually), you can encounter enemies which have special effects like reflecting damage or having minions.
They also have stat boosts like more HP and defence. But they also give you more XP. They also have differently coloured HP bars which indicates their rank.

So I was wondering if anyone could implement this in Skyrim if nobody has done this already. (I don't think the HP bars are possible, but it's not neccesary, just text indicating it is nice too)
