The Priestesses of Dibella would fit so much better if they preached in 100% nudity. I'm also looking for a mod, or requesting more like, a mod that gives you immersive prostitution/sex, but women are only nude if you get to the point of sex. No more old ladies walking around naked in town with unrealistically big breasts flopping (but you could get them naked if you paid them money or your speech level was high enough, however). 

Is there a mod that does this? I am a player that likes to play accordingly in immersive and lore friendly Skyrim, but I, too, am interested in some more dirty mods.

There's all kind of adult mods there, you'll most certainly find something to your liking. I suggest looking for TDF Aggressive Prostitution. It doesn't have all you asked, but it does allow you to have... Intimate relationships in exchange of money

Not sure why this request would get him banned considering Nexus DOES have the mod Animated Prostitution, nude mods, etc here now.  The above mentioned unmentionable site is probably more what you're looking for, but Nexus does allow adult themes
