CTD when making a kill with a bow and arrow

Hellow,

I haev been getting these CTD's almost everytime now, but not always. When I shoot an npc with an arrow (haven't tried using a crossbow yet) I get a CTD, but as I said it's not every single time, I safe before I shoot my target (female bandit using a grinding wheel) and then I shoot, I kill my target instantly with a sneak attack, but then the CTD happens. I restart Skyrim and reload my savegame, I shoot the target again in the same way (sneak attack while the female bandit is using a grinding wheel) and I get a CTD, I repeat this for a third time, but this time no CTD happend. So I thought I might have fixed the problem and I shoot the next target (male bandit walking over to the corpse of his friend) and this gives me a CTD.

I have a similar story for two more occasions. All the CTD's happend when I killed someone with a bow and arrow, the npc's that I killed were all bandits and i had to restart and reload so often that I only got to kill 6 bandits, and 2 of those I have to kill again once the problem is fixed.

I assume that this has something to do with a resently installed mod since I've never had this kind of CTD problem before, but when I was looking up my problem on google I found a Steam forum post from someone with the same thing, this was from almost a year ago.

Please help, I just spend 11 hours reinstalling skyrim and downloading a reinstalling all of the mods. D=

I have Attached my load order as a .txt file.

I have been disabling some mods, one after the other to try and find what is causing this CTD. After reinstalling the mod "defluffing PerMa" everything seemed fine all in a sudden, I have no idea why PerMa would cause a CTD upon a bow and arrow kill though but this mod seemed to be the one.
