But the OP's question was around being able to have the aroused state, but only when (in that player's opinion) it would be "appropriate". (We'll leave the definition of that word up to each individal! )

Like I mentioned in the first post, I'm very fine--perfectly fine--with not having to see some dude's junk at all. If I just go into the Override files and delete the ones that say 'male', would that fix the problem without making anything crash?

It's just that having the poor king on... display... like that was sorta the final insult.

And Thandal, try the Dwarf Noble. Not to give anymore spoilers than need be, but Bhelen doesn't end up looking any better.

Ahhhh, well then. While it will only work for HUMAN males, I think this is what you mean:

And this is how to do it:

And you're right, I do have to get around to the Dwarf Noble Origin. But not 'til after WH !
(Maybe in the middle of Winter, when I'm jonesin' for some new Dragon Age and just can't wait for 03/08/2011! )

I might have to get the DA Modmanager, but so far I've been just sticking things in the Override folder. Is there a way to fix it without getting the manager?

Yes, there is. These particular files (body models and textures) are from "Realistic Look", which is available as a stand-alone download. Once you have that, you'll have to scour through all the separate "combinations" to find the specific ones to achieve this effect. They're probably pretty obviously named, and I'm sure adriangi has a good README.
