Novafoxay
Hello,I really hope that someone can help me here. I've been playing skyrim for quite some time, I'm using the same PC. Recently my PC was reformatted twice because I had sent it away to be fixed. The technical support, dell, told me that they had replaced the graphics card. I wish I could fix the problem myself but I've been reading extensively into many forums on the subject and tried what they suggested but have been unsuccessful. I've successfully installed ENBs before and I've never had an issue with them until now. Everytime I activate the Injector before launching the game it crashes before it can load the main menu. It does the same thing when I have the d3d9.dll sitting in the Skyrim directory... If I don't use the ENB skyrim runs normally... Someone please help me! Novafoxay
Also; I've tried validating the files using steam, but everything is always okay except for it reverting my skyrim.prefs.
TheHuntress1970
Nova, Are you getting a straight CTD or a "stop working error?" I'm getting the same but found that 108 ENB series works. Anything after that Skyrim "stops working." Works great without the d3d9 in the folder.

If you haven't updated yours I got the link for you; http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=

TheHuntress1970
Well, I needed to reinstall my OS for other reasons but that fixed my "stopped working" error. I was then where you were at and updating DX fixed it. :)
