Just had a little browse on the TESNexus ImageShare after reading this and I couldn't find a Report button anywhere. Same for FO3Nexus and DANexus, there just doesn't appear to be any easy way for the reporting of images in the ImageShare sections! Is there no Report button for images or am I also going blind?Edit: Am I going blind or is there no report button in the supporters imageshare?
Two concerns about banning politics....

If there are comments, you can always use the report feature. Just click the Comment tab and report the 1st comment.

Is the "Report this Comment" feature the same as the Report button for files? As in, you can fill in an actual report form regarding the reason for reporting the comment? Don't think I've ever used that feature before and don't want to try clicking on one in case it just sends an automated report!
Guess that covers the reporting of images then seeing as every image that is uploaded gets an "auto" comment added when it's uploaded.
Not so much a case of going blind, more a case of simply not looking in the right place!

Well I learned something today.
I too didn't actually know this was against the rules.
Good job I never did upload any images of that then =)
I can understand about the images though.
It makes sense.
Uploading images of it will literally only encourage people to search for it and beg for it to be put on through filesharing on another site.
But what I don't understand is this.
A guy who I got along with and enjoyed talking to got banned the other day for "Mentioning a site related to illegal downloads and rips in his profile."
So I'm not sure I understand really... If he didn't actually post a link to illegal content why not just warn him to remove it instead of throwing down the ban hammer?
Could a mod please explain it to me? Because I didn't know myself that it was against the rules to even MENTION the sites names?
So if I said in a comment that this is not like "Nasty illegal ripped mod site" don't post that here... I will be at risk of being banned myself for mentioning it?
I don't get it at all...
EDIT:
Oh for anyone interested
I was on about ThiKool who was banned by Vagrant0
http://www.thenexusf...thikool-banned/
So it would be great if he could get back to me =)

ThiKool was banned for multiple reasons which was what led me to his profile to begin with. That being just one of them. All the other reasons aside, mentioning a site where illegal rips can be found, even if to say something bad about that site, is still advertising that site.

Oh right.
I was unaware and also unable to contact him to find out.
Thanks for clearing this up Vagrant0 =)
I suppose it is logical to punish people for mentioning things like that but I can't help but be sympathetic to people who genuinely didn't know they were doing anything wrong.
Do you think that the rules page will be updated sometime?
I see new rules coming but don't seem to be added.
Sure it says it in the terms but we all know not everyone reads them.
If I am wrong about them being updated my bad =P I guess as I already know the rule I might not notice them being added =P
