I think the romance options are like this.

Malehawke:
Merrill
Isabella
Anders or Fenris (bi option)

Femhawke:
Anders or Fenris (straight option)
Anders or Fenris (bi option)
Isabella

I think it's very unlikely that the bi option for males would be Fenris. I just don't think that they would have two bisexual elves in a row.
