Sharpshooter ENB Whiterun Crash!

Hey guys! So I finally found what my problem of either a CTD on entering Whiterun OR being met with white textures everywhere and then a crash. It is Sharpshooters ENB! I absolutely love this ENB preset and if anyone could help me find why this is happening that would be amazing! I will post my load order below. (as far as I know this is a unique problem)

 

I know I need to clean the DLC's I'm doing a clean install so I will fix that later

I didn't see anything about this ENB compatibility with Realistic Lighting Overhaul or Climates Of Tamriel in it's description page. The description page did say this:

 

ENB is NOT compatible with 3rd party tools OSD, such as MSI afterburner, EVGA precision,etc...

 

Also try disabling Realistic Lighting Overhaul or Climates Of Tamriel or both then launch skyrim.

Also try disabling townsandcitiesenhanced.esp or JKs Whiterun DofW Comp.esp or JKs Whiterun exterior.esp one by one, trial and error style. Godspeed.
