I read on the Bioware forums that a fix has been made available to enable a player to actually report the lyrium smuggling that Rogek partakes in with Godwin from the Circle. Does anyone happen to know where I might find this fix?

It's supposed to be one of the things that the 1.04 patch corrected. I never narc-out the Templars or the Mages involved (or the Dwarves, for that matter! Plus, I want the continued good will of the Collective to be assured...) So I can't confirm that it works.
