None of the mods I've ever seen are adequate for 20th century military Dress Uniforms, but there are a feew that work well on Combat armors. THey are however mostly Fallout 3, but if you have the meshes and textures you can substitute them in as replacement sof rexisting armors, either in vanilla or mod.
