DurtyNelly
Okay, awesome. So, you have a lot of dirty mods, mate. You need to clean your masters and find out if it's safe to clean the mods that are being flagged as dirty. With some it will be fine, with others you won't be able to clean them because the edits are intentional, however LOOT doesn't know so it's not placing the "do not clean" warning. I also see two things. Your DOD version is wrong. You have Dawnguard, so you need the Dance of Death Dawnguard Edition. Also, you need a patch for CoT and Sounds of Skyrim Wilds to play nicely together. I didn't see it on there, but I might have missed it.
DurtyNelly
One a side note, I just went over my LOOT order and notes too and found that I had an outdated BrawBugs. It really is a handy tool! Also another issue i encounter is that Skyrim will freeze for a good 5 seconds when i go into a new area, does that just depend on the stregth of my pc or is it normal? DurtyNelly
Gopher has a video on cleaning your masters: TES5Edit. It really can be a range of things. Your PC might be a little weak for what you have running. Skyrim has crap memory allocation, but the SKSE memory patch ini you installed will certainly help with that. It could be scripts causing it. For example, I run a lot of mods and quite a few of them are pretty script heavy. As in, when my character enters a new area, I have about 4 mods that have to scan the new cell to either make adjustments to NPCs (like SoS giving them their correct bits) or calculate their attraction to my character, etc, ect. I usually get a few seconds of lag while all that scanning and adjusting takes place. Textures can do it too. Whiterun is a fps hog for me, because I have mods that add NPCs, so the scans go and I have Dawn of Skyrim which adds content on top of HD textures and ENB. It adds up. Speaking of ENB. Do you have ENBoost? Edited December 20, 2014 by DurtyNelly

DurtyNelly
You don't have to have an ENB preset. You can have the Boost part without the graphical changes that eats performance. ENBoost (which is now pretty much standard for most ENB presets) is an extender, kinda like SKSE, that changes the way Skyrim manages VRAM, because the way it does it normally is broken. Make sure if you decide to use it you don't get the one on Nexus! Get the latest binary from Boris's site (HERE) and use the STEP Guide to set it up (HERE). LOOT surely solved my problem haha but there is another thing, whenever im traveling on foot and the game randomly freezes to load everything it will sometimes crash, is this my pc being not strong enough or do you think it is another problem? DurtyNelly
Oh, that's wonderful. Load order sorts my issues out 95% of the time. I've been testing a setup for a playthrough for about 4 weeks now, which involves LOTS of CTDs and usually if I CTD on a save load I can go back and run LOOT again (sometimes it needs to be run twice) and it fixes the issue. Well, until the next one. haha. Testing is a b*tch and CTDs are rampant. Well, it could be a few things. The game running out to memory, which your new SKSE ini will help with. You could be running out of VRAM as well. How much VRAM do you have? The last thing is that Skyrim crashes. It just does. I personally have few crashes that are caused by anything but load order or mods, but it does happen every now and again. I usually crash when the game is trying to load too many things at once. I have Animellica spawning more animals and Immersive Patrols spawning people out in the world, plus Skyrim's random vanilla encounters. Sometimes when they all spawn at once it causes a stutter. I can usually tell when Immersive Patrols is spawning a big battle in front of me, because I get lag. haha. I also run at Ugrids 7, so there's that. But anyway, many things can cause the freezing and stuttering. Edited December 20, 2014 by DurtyNelly
