I know the ones without them are safe to reinstall and uninstall but what about mods that only affect lighting and such like ELFX, Pure Weathers, RLO etc? Each mod is different, some you can maybe get away with if you know what you're doing, others cause so many widespread changes that there's going to be problems no matter what.
