There are a lot of bad things and good things about the empire.

It's not the empire that annoys me the most, but Imperials such as Alessia Ottus, and all others that think they are better then all others.

The only reason that the empire is still as large as it is is that there are always those who don't think well.
For an example, the Hlaalu in Morrowind. They just confirm everything that the imperials say while there are those like the Telvanni that use their own brains. Politics and lies are all that is keeping the empire together.

The hottest is definitely Methredhel.

I very much liked Baurus and regretted that he didn't survive the battle in Bruma. But my favorite NPC is Deetsan, the argonian mage in Cheydinhal who helped me against Falcar. Argonians are great in general.

His lines that make me like him come after you finish the main quest and he's still alive, guess you're gonna have to scheme a bit and keep him alive sometime for true enlightenment.

But i like City-Swimmer

I like her because she interacts with a mod I made like she was part of it.

I added guards who patrol between Bravil and Leyawiin and some benches so they can so they can sitdown to eat outdoors in the cities.

So everytime my guards are in Bravil, City-Swimmer picks their pockets for food then sits on my benches to eat it.

Modryn Oreyn has to be my favorite, his arrogant, cocky attitude and his viciousness proved him to be very badass.

Mankar Camoran since he was able to bring into Tamriel Mehrunes Dagon, and bring about the gates of Oblivion.

Lucien Lachance was also a favorite of mine, his evil prowess was indeed amazing.

I however, hated Glarthir. When I first started the game, and entered Skingrad, he would always follow me, popping up out of corners and scaring the hell out of me "YOU! WE NEED TO TALK!' I just wanted to scream RAPE!!! and run to the guards lol. I finally got tired of it, and via console command, killed him because he annoyed the hell out of me whenever I tried to take screenshots!
