Race height adjustments problem

I've been trying to find a solution to my neckseam problem with the uglier looking vampire faces where they get mismatching body/head color.

So I read this forum post and somebody mentioned that the neckseam problem with these vampires may be caused by race height adjustments. So is it possible that this mod is causing this problem?

I've noticed that the problem only occurs with high elf and dark elf so far, but I find a solution so far. I opened console selected the dead master vampire that I just killed and typed "setnpcweight 50" and then the face color changed to normal high elf color (yellowish) from the grayish face color.. So now the only problem is that how do I make this fix for all the high elf/dark elf vampires??
