whitefang2341s Posted December 28, 2014 Share Posted December 28, 2014 This is NOT the issue where the "Data Files" is greyed. I have attempted to download many mods, from facial features to weapon packs, and only a very small percentage of them work. The only way I can get mods for the most part is by using Steam, but most of the mods on Steam Workshop aren't that good compared to the ones here, including the one that I need. Using NMM I have installed them and they do not appear in the Plugins folder, nor in the Data Files when I start up the game. When I try manually installing it, even when it is moved to the Data folder in the Steam folder, it does not appear in the Data Files. I'd really appreciate some help with this, thanks!
