How do I find/get the Propylon Index to use the Propylon things in the Dunmer Strongholds? ANyone know? I thought there was one in St. Olms Storage (I heard about it from an older post) but I can't find it. Anything on this is appreactiated.

If you haven't done so already, download the official plug-in for the master index. Then go to the mages guild in Caldera, and the dunmer on the top level (can't remember his name) will give you the location of every propylon index. Once you find them all, he will give you a "master" index, and then he will transport you to any of them. Try that out, and have fun.
