I came across a bug after completing the main quest for the second time. But, just to let you know:

LAST TIME, THERE ARE SPOILERS

When I was running Martin to the Temple of the One, I hit Mehrunes Dagon. He spit fire or something and stepped on a guard. So, I hit him with the blade I had equipped, and his whole body melted to the ground! That happeded ever since whenever I hit Lord Dagon, he melts to the ground. He resets to his normal state after he is un-disabled. But I'm not complaning, nothing bad happens. But the first time, he just stood there like the dumb ass he is when I hit him.

that happened to me once, but instead of doing it the hard way, and just killed him with the console command

The must annoying bug/glich or whatever is when I try to join the thieves guild Amusei never shows up so I can't join !! I tried spawning him but that didn't work. I had to start a whole new game for it to work!
