Looks pretty good, but the best I've seen was The UESP MW Walkthroughs - They were awesome - They covered probably nearly every quest in the game, in detail.
Pity it's currently down

Oh, holy crap. That's hilarious. I'm going to put that on a shirt. Oh, that's just great.

I checked out the UESP MW walkthrough again (now that they are back) and found 2 misc quests that they didn't mention, escorting Paur Maston (near a farm south of Suran, across the river) to Molag Mar and the one with the 2 smiths in Vivec's Foreigh Quarter Plaza. Apart from that those walkthroughs are excellent, well worth checking when you get stuck.

That journal is rather impressive, though I personally wouldn't suggest a newbie to go by it since it is one character's experience in discovering the island. Rather, I would simply say go out, explore some places, join some guilds, and work your way up.
Not every character is bound to be the Nerevarine, and not every character is suited to be in the Thieves' Guild either, but if you want a really detailed and well documented journal of someones character then I would suggest reading it for pure entertainment.
I did like the link to the walkthrough though. It was simple and laid out all of the necessary information needed to play through the main quest without too much trouble. And it didn't give away every stinking detail so the person using it still has room to discover for themselves how to go about things.
