i tried to make an armour mod, i stuffed up, i tried asking for help, no replies. So i've realised that no one's willing to help someone else (bar Ghogiel) unless they get a benefit. If you're interested in making, rigging and texturing basic armour mod without any fancy features, just a working model, e-mail me. I've already made most of the meshes myself but i'll still pay 15USD for someone to finish it

It's illegal to pay somebody to mod.

But, I may be able to help. What are you looking for?

In this case hes paying for a model, texture, and rig not the esp file so technically its legal as long as he puts it in game himself. Unless its using some thing from the game as a base file or a copyrighted object which I think the skeleton rigging would count as, but I'm not sure then it would be illegal...But the model and texture are perfectly legitimate to be payed for as they are not associated with any copyrights unless they fall within the above.

you can just create the bones yourself for the skeleton you rig to.

though that would be rather annoying to have to do for this purpose. actually thinking about it wouldn't be all that hard tbh. even if you took a hour or so just to lay the bones out yourself to actually do your rigging, you could then probably replace all the bone references simply in nifskope post rigging and export, to ensure all the transforms are correct. otherwise you have to make sure all the bone rotations and transforms are really quite accurate before you start rigging, and that could take some extra time and tedious number imputing.. I guess it'll go wonky if you don't sort that out.

But, more to the point, what armor do you want? Do you have a picture or something?

Well, this is what the model looks like

But I've made meshes for the weapons, which are part of the armour and the helmet's not important. I've made the whole mech already but it's a bit dodgy since it was my first time with 3ds max. If you're interested then e-mail me robertward203@yahoo.co.uk
If the modder will have to remake all the bones to make it legal then i can increase the price, within reason

That's beyond what I can do. But keep in mind that there are some modders--myself included--that won't do something for pay, simply because it gets too complicated legally.

What do you mean by JaySus "doing 3d models against payment"?
do you mean he's doing for payment or without?
