Formatting and hosting a very large guide.

So basically I have been planning a modding guide similar to step for quite some time, my only problem at this point is finding a way to host the thing. I do know enough HTML and css to do a basic site and all that, but the amount of work that entails is just not something I am not inclined to sink in to something like this, at least until I find whether or not it is successful.

 

I guess what I am getting at is does anyone know of a way I could host something, probably in a wiki format, either free or on a limited budget. I know I could host from home, but my ISP is strict on that matter, and I do know of some wiki sites, but they are not very accomodating to this style of site.

 

And if you have any suggestions for simplifying something like this (website templates, frameworks, etc) all suggestions are appreciated.
