The closest to Indoril you can get is by running around the Ordinator barracks in the Hall of Justice, opening the dinky 10 pt locked chests and steal all that armor. Then go and kill the 'assassin' while wearing the armor.
Yay look at me...I'm a freaking ordinator!

Frankly, I can't stand any of the Dunmer Great Houses. There's nothing really all that great about them. Let me disperse my opinion here.
Hlaalu - I originally joined these guys, because they were in Balmora, which was local at the time. I ran through their beginning quests until I had to steal something from some guy in Vivec. I visited that guy, and I didn't have the heart to take anything from him. He just seemed to poor and pathetic. I left his little shop feeling like a louse. From then on, I swore off House Hlaalu.
Redoran - I can't say I have much against these guys, because it's hard to hold a grudge against someone with no personality. That's exactly what the Redorans are. They're machines. They've got no spirit. I always hear about how they're holding the Dunmer flag, but I never see it.
Telvanni - Well, where do I begin with these guys? For one, they're just on this side of being the secular Dwemer. Crap, man, Tel Vos is filled with Dwemer artifacts. I think that guy's more interested in Numidium then DU. Secondly, they've got a 'might makes right' philosophy, and that's so immoral it makes me vomit.
Now, the Empire? That's the way to go. The guy whos got your back in the game the most, Caius Cossades, is an Imperial. Granted, the guy's got drug issues, but at least he's honest about it. All the merchants are like, "Get that crap out of here." Even when they will blatantly sell you the stuff.
The Empire has far more rumors abounding about it than it ought to, and you just know it's going to collapse. It's kind of the underdog, the guy you root on even though you know he's going to lose.

Yeah, but the Empire is Capatalism, and Capatalism is evil. The rich are getting richer, and the poor are only getting poorer.
*SPOILER*
Even if you were released to serve as the Nerevarine in the main quest, you have to ask yourself if that was to protect the Dunmer against Dagoth Ur, or strengthen the Emporer's political power...

Or perhaps none of the above. Could the forces of prophecy be manipulating the Empire, instead of the other way around?
And yes, down with the elitist Empire. The People's Republic of Habassa will replace it soon enough....
