sry for the OT right here but damn Theta I hadn't even remembered that crossdressing orc crap! You'll have to stick a little bit of that nonsense in w/ the mod or it just wouldnt be the forums. So, I guess I'd like my character to be a MALE orc wearing a frilly dress, along w/ the sockness. If that's possible, of course.

Yea skyscrappers would be cool. I personally dislike Molag MAr and Vivec <horible places> but I won't knock it until i try it B)

I was thinking more on the order of modern sky scrapers using textures that exist in Morrowind. That be possible? I hated Vivec's cantons myself as well.
I'd be pretty impressed if you can make those.

The Telvanni Towers are sort of Sky Scrapers (Look at Tel Naga!), but they wouldn't fit well in Suran...

I have a large list of things I randomly thought of... They would take a long time, but I want to put them somewhere...

Suran is supposed to be a metropolis... So try to make it one.

Alright Stage 1 is complete and I will be contacting certain memebers asking if they would test it for me.

Suran reborn has just been born <as in the BETA of it >.

I think you will find I have tried to implement as much of what you guys say as I can.

Just remeber this ONLY will use the Morrowind Main file. <although I STRONGLEY recopmend you download the Atmospheric Sounds PLugin as well as Daerks Light enhacmnet <hack of the ini file> as well. Adds TONS more atmosphere to Suran B)

I will try put some screenies up in the next few days.

What I do: Maybe a Gaurd in the town... head of the gaurds would be cool

Activities:

Walks around, a smarter, faster, stronger, cooler looking gaurd that can actually stop crime.

Maybe you could have the mods and everything in a new guild or something?

hi i'm definitely not a big contributor to the forums but i thought i'd take you up on your offer.

( i know this is a bit of an ask, but would you be able to integrate the Seraphim Mod into this? If you could that would be great!)

(another big ask, but would you be able to put the her hands armor pieces listed into the mod. i think that this armor is the highlight of Tribunal!)

Weapon: either a daedric crescent or (soz, another big ask) trueflame from tribunal.

Dialogue:
basically philosophical confusing stuff, geared towards the eradication of evil or something.
Defender of the innocent.
Definitely against slavery, and perhaps offers to free your mind if you're a sleeper
